Did anyone else catch this heart rending documentary?
For those that didn't it is a new series about Great Ormond Street, exploring rare medical conditons, and pioneering treatments.
2 little angels shown tonight - one with a narrowed windpipe, and another with a rare form of cancer.
I was hooked throughout, willing both little girls on. Really interesting how they treat these conditions.
Felt really happy and relieved for the girls and their families when they were drawing the programme to an end - then they announced that 4 year old Mollie, who was a brave, spirited little thing, had died.
I admit to shedding a few tears - it's programmes like this which put things into perspective. Will definately be watching the rest of the series.
