![Question](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/icons/icon5.gif)
I got caught in that coming back from Amersham. Both northbound and southbound carriageways were closed for no obvious reason. Loads of old bill and a fire engine sitting on the roundabout over the dual-carriageway.
WTF?

I saw a smash about 1:30pm ish - 2 cars in the outer lane just under the Marlow roundabout...police were in attendance but nothing warranting the closing of both carriageways..?
