Default PCB manufacturers

Can anyone recommend a good company? Ours has let us down and there are hundreds in the back of EW

100 off batch size
2 layer
Company needs to be UL listed
Quick turnaround

Cheers

Is it normal FR4 that you'll be using???

if so try Screenbond and speak to Gordon

Not sure if they are UL listed though

Exception PCB - Home

New Page 1 - Eurotech (probably more suited to quick turn)

Both are UL listed.

I use Zot Engineering (Edinburgh) and Faraday Circuits (Tyne & Wear) for 2 layer and above, and D J Circuits (Harrogate) for single sided.

Zot can do 24 hour turnround

The exception PCB link I posted above can do Rogers 2004 etc etc. I seem to remember using them once for a Rogers/FR4 sandwich.

Hit a bit of a brick wall with this - really need a good PCB who deals in Rogers material that can do quick prototypes i.e. 1-4 days.

Try leicester circuits - Don't know if they do Rogers, but I am sure I used to get Di-clad from them. And I used to get boards on a 3 day turn all the time (FR4 4-layer admitedly)
