Jobsworth of the Week Award
Goes to the PO sorting office clever dick who held up my daughter's Mother's Day card to her mum for a week and then charged us £1.00 Handling Fee + 5p for extra postage plus a trip to the sorting office because the card was 15mm oversize and should have been sent as "Large Letter". Sod 'em

Send a V.large letter to head office notifying them of your displeasure, using a normal stamp
