Seriously considering living in Luton or Leicester, because I'm fed up of London.

Tube takes the ****, traffic takes the ****, house prices take the **** and so do the people......

Seen a few houses and they are great value (great pro). What's the other pros and cons of living in Luton or Leicester?

No I have family in Leicester and friends in Luton

 

Stay WELL away from Luton IMHO. I lived in Dunstable for about 13 years and I watched it deteriorate at a rate of knotts because of Luton. It's a dive.

For your information, Luton Uni was voted the worst Uni in the UK, and Luton was voted the third worst place to live. There are far nicer places to live that are within earshot of London.

There are some nice areas apparently in Barton Hills (Luton). Dunstable.....gets a no then!!

luton is a complete dump,steer clear,and the cr@p in luton is spreading fast,just take a look at how parts of dunstable are turning out

Luton seems to get the thumb down then?

I saw that credit card fraud and yeah bloody scared me. I love what they did to that geezers BM.
