Ok, the last series wasn't really orientated around Cars or performance car's, but for the next series they are asking what everyone thinks they should do...
Top Gear
So whoever hated the last series now's your chance to give them some advice!
Or we can all flood it with comments to do an episode with the big boy Jap Tuners.... The first round of TA proved how fast the Subaru's would potentially be around the Top Gear track, I don't see any of their "hyper" car's beating the Zen Subaru or the RCM "Gobstopper".

they spent most of the last series making silly contraptions,or blowing things up,or driving tractors.its about time they went back to basics and started doing proper tests on all types of cars.unfortunatly theve started to believe there own hype

Wicked, I'm definetly gonna be leaving a comment on the TG website - as the show is now 90% pants! They really must stop with the terrible, fake, really not funny, pissing around. People will say the show has to entertaining to get the viewers - why can't it be entertaining but involve more actual cars, all it takes is a little creative thinking.

What would I like to see? Apart from the ritual execution of Hammond?
TBH, the show lost it's way when he came on board. The manic little tw@ wants to go back to kids' shows like Braniac Science, and leave TG to people who really love cars.
Oh, and JC needs telling to shut up too: his big-headedness spoils it.
Bring back Quentin and Tiffany, say I.

Yea but they do test cars,
A stretched Fiat Panda,
A Saab and an Alfa in one go,
And a MG convertable with a really nice spoiler on it.

Star in a TVR
Anyone who thinks Hammon is a hero for crashing should be punched during the closing credits
More funny stuff like the Yank show (if only to annoy the car geeks)

No sodding chance, there were about 5 new threads started after every single episode during the last season, not to mention the ones that led up to the start of the series. There aren't enough hours in the day
I'll just have to take your word for it that it'd be completely different to every other Impreza vs Evo review that they have ever done.

Last series was easily the best and most important one they've ever done.
The show reached new heights (and I shall be telling them).
Not that they will need to be reminded of that of course. Did you know that the last programme of the series had BBC2's biggest audience for TEN YEARS!

Lewis Hamilton in a reasonably priced car.
The destruction of more caravans.
See if they can beat their record with the Toyota Pickup - Anchorage to Tierra del Fuego?
101 uses for a V8.

This one's dead easy!
We already have:
Super cars
Sports cars
Cocking around
We now need:
TOTTY (not the footballer), that's the answer... some large breasted/big nippled hotty to add some much need spice to the show
And that's what I've told them as well

The current show makes me laugh every week; it's a pleasure to watch, largely because of the interaction and banter between the hosts. I personally don't care for the star in a reasonably priced car bit; celebrities are almost invariably rather dull and unfunny, one of the few notable exceptions being Martin "Hard on into the corner" Clunes (sp?)
![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
I don't car that the show majors on exotica; there are only so many times you can watch Jezza fall asleep at the wheel of the latest Vecta and find it funny; the expensive stuff gives them more scope to do something spectacular. The do cover cars that are of interest to the enthusiast on a more realistic budget e.g. Hot hatches etc...
As for Jezza, I personally think he's the best presenter on TV. Yes, he's loud, opinionated and Un-PC, but that's the whole point. Like him or not, you can't deny that he can really bring a subject to life: his show about the WW2 raid was a superb piece of television - TBH I usually find military programmes rather dull, but I was fascinated by that one; he really did the event and the veterans proud!
He deserves a medal for the Top Gear Top of the Pops intro

They certainly did lose their way and it got a bit boring with all the silly stunts they tried to pull. I don't think the miserable looking setting in the hangar looks all that good either.
All three of them are talented presenters in their own way but the TG format does not show them in the right light. A better programme production and more realistic representations of the cars being reviewed, and occasionally make JC himself lose the odd competition for a change nstead of it all looking like a "fix" would do wonders for the show I think.

If you can't buy a car without someone on TV telling you which is best you shouldn't be driving!
If you don't like the show, don't watch! ![Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif)
More cocking about is required I reckon!

More road trips please!
Monaco, Verbier, Oslo etc... DB9, SLR, Veyron etc. Sure the car always wins and they're always supercars, so the people who want to know what mid-sized hatchback to buy for £9000 won't like it, but they're entertaining IMHO!
