Launched today - is this REALLY the future of TV?

Launched at the big industry do in Cannes, so had to have a look. It costs you money, is a postage stamp sized blockl low frame rate mess and I can hear the awful compression on the sound. What on earth has IP TV got to offer if its this quality?
Does anyone watch TV on their phone? I'd love to be able to afford to do that - catch up on the news whilst commuting etc - but my 15Mb data allowance for £18 would disappear in an hour!
SO much hype, so little that's delivering IMHO. If this is the future its pants! Here's another mega hyped one : Joost™
