Angry This is pathetic!.........

I'm so bored at the slow speed SN's moving I just might log-off and do some actual work

Or I may just 'pop out' and buy my new barbecue

well I could encourage you to leave by suggesting the beer garden but then this place would be even more quieter

Fitz, just done the par 3 course for lunch, brush up on the short game too far to get to the driving range during lunch here

Jammy bugger, however I use the week to rest up now as playing Friday, Saturday and Sunday tends to tire me out.

We have a big bash this weekend for St Georges day, golf, pie and mash, then cheap beer all day!

sounds good to me, but you cant pass up on this weather we have, it'll prob rain by weekend. Got a society comp on the 1st of May. £35 for a round at a nice course then free beer all afternoon with a meal included. Might have to fall of the wagon for that one

My mate Gareth Davies. Full time player on tour now and finding his feet well. He's out in Asia this week playing in the BMW Asian open

How's your game coming on? I played for only the 4th time in four months last night. Lets just say i'd have been better throwing it around

Ok mate, still waiting to have my handicap adjusted, this weekend consisted of an 81 and a 78, with mistakes. Considering they play me off 14 its looking promising for the comps until they cut. The only problem I am finding is that due to the amount I am playing the tendons on my right arm, just up from the wrist are starting to hurt....

If I had a short game, I would be dangerous.

When we have good weather, there is no where else I would rather be.

About time you popped to the south east mate, in fact anyone is welcome, even dave

The fore arms do take a battering when you play alot. When i was practicing everyday last year hitting 200-250 ***** a day it hurts Seems like your making good progress though, stick at it. Unfortunatly the way of getting to low single figures is to have a merlin short game so dedicate time there mate When your on the course and it's quiet just spend an extra 5-10 mins round each green with two ***** chipping. Try and get your second ball nearer than your first, you'll be amazed how this helps

I agree there isn't a better place to be. Up there last night and it was clear as crystal with views right down the Derbyshire hills. Fantastic even though i was playing like a dog

i assume you guys know each other but after seeing a clip of gav knocking the 5hite out of a drive while somehow facing the wrong way with a funny looking back to front club i'd go for right arm

are you a leftie in other things gav, like writing etc or is it just golf? i'm left handed but play right handed maybe that would explain the **** poor game though
