Undertakers should just put them in a pile and have an annual burning as a sacrifice to the god of calories 
At my last place of work, there was a massive heffer who would get chips, pasties, pizza, pie and gravy, some crisps and cream cake for her lunch every day... Just walking the 50 yards to the canteen made her breathless
I still stand by the fact there should be some kind of fat tax introduced to the UK...

They're dead.
