If they're fit to work, the government should give them jobs to do - doesn't matter what. If they don't turn up, they don't get their money. If they want more money, they can get a proper job and (shock horror) have some motivation to better themselves.

Hmm, who's going to flip our burgers then? Decent education is needed to them into active members of society.

My perception of the Jews were a hard working race brought up with some common decency.

The Chav however is brought up thinking its ok to scab off the state, bang out a few inbred sprogs for some more welfare handouts and then have a lifelong history of crime. The only few that benefit from the Chav is Macdonalds and the local Spa.
