I'm currently trying to log a call for a fault with my phone line. Their answermachine has ever so kindly informed me it will take 20 mins or more to answer me!!!
FFS if I kept customers waiting 20 mins I'd be a dead man and bankrupt.

IT just gets better.
I have just been informed by some guy in India that Virgin don't support data calls over the land line. Fooking great.
This means that if I get a phone call for a support issue, I can't dial in to the customer and sort it out EVER!!
Which effectivle takes me and any other of the engineers how have Virgin /NT Hell out of the on call system.
Thank **** I'm moving to an area that doesn't have NTL, looks like I'll be back with BT and Sky.

Theres a moral here
Move the call center back to the UK to support the UK customers.
Sorry I expect to be understood on a phone call, even more so on a tech call.
Thankfully I'm moving to an area that doesn't have NTL in so I'm going to be a sky customer, and work are now going to be installing and paying for all 6 engineers to have BT lines.
Good bye NThell. Now I get sky 1 back too.
