Question which MPEG4 recorder?

I'm in the market for an MPEG4 recorder for use with a bullet cam I just bought so it needs to have a AV in socket.
I am looking for something with decent storage and good res. (640x480 or more) and fps recording (30fps or more)
So far I've been looking at the likes of this Mustek 30gb affair
I'd like to keep the cost to a minimum as this will be used when I'm out on my mountain bike....and I fall off a lot!
Can anyone recommend anything?

Cheers

Paul.
