I have always hated Lloyds, I really should switch my account from them. When they ask why...maybe I shall cite this as the reason

I think it maybe a judge that hasn't read what the case was about and ruled in favour of the big company.

Sounds like the claimant also perhaps didnt go about his claim in the best way, with the best arguement..... ?
