Default New car has audio in plug, what lead do i need to play ipod?

My new car has got a audio in plug and an aux setting on the cd player, i presume I can play my ipod thru this. I have had a search on ebay but can't find the relevant cable. anyone have an idea of what i need? It looks like a 3mm headphone jack.

cheers

Sounds like you need a lead with a standard headphone jack on each end. this may be overkill but will probably do the job.

I bought one of these eBay.co.uk: 1.2M 3.5mm mini jack to 3.5mm mini jack SOUND CARD LEAD (item 280100060168 end time 03-Apr-07 14:59:08 BST).

Good service from the seller.

Posting twice about "overkill"

Sorry Olly

You need a male to male 3.5 mm jack stereo cable. Dixons etc sell them.

Yeah - forum was running slow, clicked submit, went off and found the CPC link and the posting box was still there so thought I must have missed the submit button - guess not
