Livers don't work as well after a while. I used to have a night out and wake up feeling rough. Now I wake up pissed and start feeling rough in the afternoon... the liver takes longer to do its thing.
I've found that drinking less can be a solution.
E2A - try a Berocca, replenishes some of the vitamins or something.

Its weird, but I used to suffer from hangovers quite badly when 20-25. I don't really get them anymore though, despite drinking less frequently (so not being as hardened to it). I do tend to go for spirits now though, some of which are much more pure than good ole beer (loads of crap in them!)
That might account for it!![Smile](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Only solution is to change what you drink and/or drink less.
Glass of port, old boy??

Teenage year and early 20's I used to get Hangovers if I drank too much but now I dont get them at all. Although I did have an headache on Saturday when I woke up, didnt even drink much either.

Varies: Mainly Vodka (great for avoiding hangovers - v pure) Whisky (initiate Clint Eastwood impression
) Brandy (Smell the old fart, but it does taste good- the drink, not the flatulance
). Various cocktails, partial to a Mai Tai at the moment; contains fruit juce, so helps avoid hangovers (at least that's what I tell myself
). If I'm eating, then I'll usually have a bottle of white wine!
I really don't believe anyone could possibly like the taste of larger; it's disgusting!!

I avoid hangovers by not going out with J4ckos mate when he has that wild look in his eye, the look that suggests that each round may well consist of three drinks each.
