The BBC are doing a rubbish job of presenting it. Sound keeps cutting off, linking to the wrong people, introducing the wrong people, clips coming on half way through the presenters talking and there was no one there after the news handed back to them! Very poor.

Didn't seem to be much of an atmosphere there either - or at least the telly did not convey one!
Anyone on here in the audience?

Lots of empty seats.... (in amongst the crowds not restricted seating) and a few 'royal boxes' full of people you'd like to slap
but they pushed the audience of 100000000000000 billion in 23876872345287654876325 different countries
Pretty crappy really, and the 'boys' reading their speach from the back of a feckin *** packet
The end movie of Di as a child was rather sad though

I enjoyed most of it, agree the production was rubbish.. Funny seeing loads of toffs trying to dance and having no rhythm whatsoever!

agree the production wasnt that great, but the acts were all pretty good.
have to see though that joss stone ruined queens under pressure, other than the first few lines you couldnt understand the rest.
duran duran were very good though i thought.
and Nelly Furtado

Sound feed is coming direct from stage output, which is why it will appear out of sync.
Amateur hour production - simple to fix, but no-one bothered it would seem.
That also explains why it sounds atrocious on the tv, as its mixed for the arena, not tv/recording.

I went. The stage show was better than the bbc coverage (from what I can gather). Some of the intro's were a bit weak! Tom Jones version of the Arctics was terrible. The atmosphere was rubbish. Theres no way they should have had seating in the middle.
As for best acts, for me it was (and don't shoot me!), Lily Allen(!), Nelly F, Kanye West was the best, the last Take That track (back for good), watching Rickyt Jervais get agro'd cos he couldn't wing it for putty haha.
On the whole a good day, shame about the energy in wembley - there wasnt any!
Oh and P Diddy - please....someone should have pulled him off. It was appalling.
