He deserves to rot. 
On a more positive note, the teams in the microsoft challenege raised over £500,000 for the NSPCC this year which equates to helping take 250 children out of poverty and abuse. Thank you to everybody that sponsored us

It is certainly a hideous crime - at least he had the decency to admit guilt and not contend the verdict in any way.
He will come to unimaginable suffering inside where he will be for a very long time.

Sadly he will proabably end up in isolation for his own protection
But hopefully he will be left in general population, and recieve daily 6 inch long 1 inch deep razor blade slices to his body

several suggestions for him and his "carers" while hes locked up...
- sandpaper condoms for "big jonny" in the showers
- drawing pins on his toothbrush
- ipecac in every meal and drink he is allowed
- piercing needles, on the hour, every hour, passed through his arms, then legs, and where ever space if left thereafter
- a squirt of malt vinegar to his eyes and ears every morning and night
- plucking of his nipple hairs to commence every time new ones grow
- the tying of his ******* (via piercing) to a bowling ball...

About the worst crime anyone could commit
Every time I hear about this sort of crime - and Maddy reminded us recently I suppose - I completely fail to even begin to understand it. I can understand most crimes, robbery, fraud, even rape but sex involving a child is beyond my comprehension. It has to be a severe mental problem? So smashing him to bits in jail may be satisfying but hardly the answer. Perhaps he should just be hanged.

Please let him be sent to Armley in Leeds. He won't be that well protected the screws don't like scum like this either wherever he is sent, I hope he dies a horrible long death lasting the 35 years he has been sentenced. There is no point hanging him far too quick. He has already had a few kickings on the day of his arrest

He is obviously mentally ill, I find it a little ironic that we come on here spouting about cutting off genitals with a rust Coke Can and the like, surely as a crime thats pretty much on a par with what the nutter did himself to that little girl ?
I dont think I could mutilate another person whatever they had done, I could however advocate a couple of years to think and be reminded about about his crimes pending a lethal injection, there isnt really much point in inflicting more pain as to do that you would need just as sadistic a pervert.
The only people who should be able to meter out that kind of justice (the parents) will never get their hands on him.
Needs putting down like a dog that cant be trusted not to bite, will never be any use to anybody and will now sap resources off those who need it most.

I really would like to see a public vote on the return of the death penalty for those cases where there is no doubt as to the guilt of the defendant and where the crime is as evil as this.
The Government think it knows best, well I don't believe it does and wouldn't be at all surprised to see a public vote in favour of the return in hanging. The Government is supposed to represent the people not go against them.
Anyone who is against the death penalty i'm afraid can not in my eyes give any valid reason in this case why the evil b4stard should not be hung
Oh and the money saved from avoiding him spending the rest of his miserable existence behind bars can instead be spent on getting children out of poverty and abusive homes.

I agree that we should now seriously consider bringing back the death penalty, take TV's out of cells, in fact make prison like it used to be in the old days
Sod their human rights, they basically forfeit those after committing the crimes
Would make people think twice about committing crimes in the future

Why should the hard working people of this country have to pay towards keeping insane perverts, serial killers and the like behind bars for the rest of their life when a deadly injection , hanging etc would be a more fitting sentence for the crime they have committed . I think there'd be alot less of these types crimes committed to start with a death sentence in place and the saved money could go for a better purpose ,as said above .
That guy cant ever be put back on the street for fear of doing it again to some other child and also for his own welfare ,as somone will find him and then end up going down for a revenge killing . There is NO proper justice in this country now , letting burglars out as the prisons are full , get rid of the murderers under the ground and that sorts out the overcrowding abit !
