I hear they fuelled the Vulcan at Bruntingthorpe up to check for leaks and found only two small ones which were fixed by tightening up the jubilee clips!

They hope to do the air test sometime this month.

Hope all goes well and I think they have done a great job so far.

Is the air test where they actually fly it again, or is it just something boring like pressurising the tyres etc?

Yes Iwan, it will be a full airtest where they check all systems while it is flying. It was a standard exercise which we all did regularly when they came out of major servicing.
