Conners Questionnaire
Anyone ever filled one of these in for their kids ?
Just filled one in, but its not strictly black & white answers yet you have to rate things on a scale of 0 to 3
Out of the 80 questions I've had to include a supplement for 26 of the questions with an explanatory note
If anyone has done one of these, do you know if the notes will get read, or will they only interpret the scale ratings
We know the school version will be quite different to our version too
