Default e-mail from BBC for Top Gear magazine - anyone got it ?

Hi all,

I got an e-mail from BBC Magazines this morning for 3 issues of TG for £1, however I've gone and deleted it and can't find any trace of it on TG website.

Don't suppose anyone else got this e-mail this morning and can post it here did they ?

Only want the 3 issues, then will shop around for offers again

Cheers,
Steve

Not got the email, but EVO recently sent me exactly the same thing - 3 issues for £1.
I checked to see if it was legit - it was - and did it. 2 issues in and need to decide to cancel after the 3rd arrives or let them debit my account for the next 12 issues. I buy the mag anyway every month so may as well save a few £££ and subscribe, as its cheaper than buying it every month.

You also get clean covers (free of ads and stuff) on the subscribers mag.

yeah I subscribe to Evo too. Prefer it in some ways to TG, but the offer 3 for £1 is a good. I normally do this kind of thing with Auto Express 6 for £1 the rejoin with same offer ;-)

Stupid fool I shouldn't have deleted the mail.

These offers are good but I've cancelled a couple as the deliveries never seem to keep up after the initial few and it's annoying to see one in the shops when you haven't had it delivered yet.
(especially when they've promised "subscriber priority"!!)

Half of Top Gear magazine is full of adverts and the new car buyers guide. Much prefer Evo.
