Do you work for the Inland Revenue/VAT? If so, business is sh!te. Haven't made a penny for months.

If you work for my bank, business is superb. Never better. Fancy approving a cheeky 1/2million loan against our "not going anywhere" Limited company?

Very good indeed.

Can't imagine anyone admitting it's all going wrong somehow!

And just look at the CSA <opens can of worms>

We are doing, erm ok I think, could be busier, but that is about to hit us pretty hard as we line up for the school holidays (always our busiest time of the year)

We should in theory be busier than last year as all the schools left everything really late, in fact too late in some cases so we ended up relatively quiet

We make construction equipment and lots of other stuff, business is excellent, its down in the US due to a depressed housing market and a slow economy but in the ROW its booming and we are struggling to cope with orders......

As a company we have made a slight switch, losing one of our biggest customers this year means it will always be a struggle - however as one door closes etc.

We are now going back into diary printing and manufacturing, still producing the bespoke work for hotels / west end stores etc, but a nice order landed pretty much straight away after losing our customer. We are never going to be millionaires in our game, but if we can pay ourselves a respectable wage each month and we enjoy what we do then bring it on.

We have to subsidise our OUK distributors due to the strength of the pound but overall we are up 4% on last year
