looking to setup a long term ISA who can you recommend?
Seems like Egg are offering the best at the mo but I have one question that I cant seem to find the answer.
Lets say come 2015 I've saved £24,000 and Egg stops offering 6.05% gross pa/AER however other banks are offering 6% or more would I be able to take my £24,000 and transfer it into another ISA account?

They wont stop them.
The gov. has "lost" about £5 billion in tax by making PEP/ISA avalible over the year......the current exposure of that sum to IHT is £15 billion.....and most of the money is held by older people.

I'm with NSandI, I think they are regarded as one of the best places for ISA's
I think the Interest rate for them has just gone up to 6.3% too
