Here on Humberside, since the floods of two weeks past, we've had the same every day: 6am, blue sky, bright sun. By 9am, clouded over, then a choice of either windy with spots of rain/drizzle, or p*ssing down. Then, by 7-8pm, bright sunshine again, and a clear sky most of the night.
WTF? What's going on? Is somewhere else in the country having our sunshine during the day, and rain at night? Stupid weather.
Ive had all week off because the schools packed up and I hoped to go out and do something everyday but since i stopped last Saturday its rained everyday here. Now come the Saturday before i go back ive got a burnt nose!!
Stupid weather all week, thrashing down, stopping, a few seconds of un, then dark clouds, then strong winds and more rain ranging from drizzle to mega heavy downpours
Today, been nice and sunny all day and a bit windy

Baking sunshine for most of the day, absolutely torrential rain for a couple of hours or so in the afternoon, usually followed by a glorious sunset and 90+% humidity well into the early hours.
That seems to be the story of most days here at the moment, must be why they call it the rainy season
