What is all this business with the word "issues" which has appeared recently? It seems to be used at the drop of a hat these days. I always thought that when something was wrong it was a "problem" An "issue" seems to me to be a situation which arises when there are conflicting areas of interest, or something coming out of something else.
I even heard a tv presenter say "problem" yesterday and say then change the word to "issue"!
