Default Sony Ericsson W880i - Quick MP3 related question

Can you use the MP3 player as a stand alone, i.e. on a plane without having the "phone" turned on, just the MP3, something tells me not otherwise their stand alone MP3 players would not sell.

Need a new phone and have a 4 long flights coming up in October and thought i'd kill two birds etc

Couldn't see anything on the SE website

Cheers

If it's anything like my K800i, you will have flight mode somewhere in the settings

Last 2 flights I've been on this year they made a point of telling people to turn off phones, even in 'Flight Mode'....
