Prison guards now advised to knock on inmates doors

Just read this, that Prison Officers are now being advised to knock on inmates doors before entering as not to disrespect them
And also to start calling them by their preferred name
They will have keys to their own cells next

As long as their preferred name is "scumbag" and you "knock" their head against a brick wall on entry... I can't see a problem with it
