I have been trying to set up a paypal account and cannot get email verification to activate the account.
Paypal advise that they have dispatched a confirmation number to my email address , but I have never received anything.
The address they are using is correct.
Any ideas how to over come this problem?

look in your spam/ junk mail folder...

are you poling your mail remotely? ie using thunderbird or outlook to call the mail from your isp? if so log onto your isp's website, and check your mail there.... Its amazing what there spam filter decides isnt suitable, and dosent send it to you


more than likely youve made a typo on the email addy and thats why it hasn't arrived (done it myself0
