speed camera or anpr?
travelling down m32 toward bristol at 4.45 this afternoon there was 2 cameras set up on a bridge between filton and fishponds, they looked like cctv type cameras with a square box thing attached to the side of them and were standing on tripods.
there were no camera signs anywhere,no visible speed camera van displaying its yellow/orange chevrons,as i passed under the bridge i did notice a van to the left behind some trees but there did not appear to be any markings on it.
would this have been speed camera's and if so can they do you for speeding even if there were no signs around?
or could it of been anpr camera's checking number plates on cars entering bristol?
cheers

just had a look on the safety camera partnership website and the only mobile camera listed on the m32 is further down close to the bath turn off,so looks like i might get away with it
