Photoshop and Flash
I would like to learn how to use Photoshop and Flash. I have photoshop installed now but its a "no cd required" version - ahem :P
Is photoshop 8 the latest version?
What software would you recommend and good places to buy from?
Ive heard stuff like "CS2/3" being mentioned but is that another type of photoshop?

The version number is the least of your worries!
Ive been using photoshop for over 10 years and it takes a long time to master.
CS3 is the current version, but Im still using PS7
