Evening all
When I ordered my company car, I opted for the i-Pod adaptor in the glove box. Whilst it sounds OK, it's a pig to control remotely. You have to fart around with playlists and use the CD buttons on the dash to swap between them.
I'm now looking at other options to give me more control over the i-Pod and wondered if you guys had any recommendations? I'd like something that doesn't require me to do open heart surgery on the car so was quite taken with the wireless idea. However, I had heard that sound quality on some of these kits can be really poor.
TIA
Cheers

I've got a little box that plugs into the CD changer port on my head unit and that provides a twin RCA input. I have a 3.5mm stereo to twin RCA lead plugged into that. At this point I can plug the 3.5mm into any device with a 3.5mm output, and in my setup this equates to an iPod.
The iPod sits in a PDA holder that is mounted into one of the air vents, and I can use the iPod's controls to adjust the settings, only whilst stationary of course
