I had some **** do this to my Golf GTI when I was 19, ruined the car, I got some money out of him as I worked in the pub where he spent every night and the landlord banned him until he had made recompense.
Really clever doing that to someones pride and joy, however rich someone is they dont deserve that

Thats why even jobless c@nts can do whatever they feel like. What a joke of a punishment, so if they havent got money to pay with, they can get a week of community service and get away with it ? Sell him for organs i say, surely his kidneys would cover the cost - will make others think twice. Disrespectful *******.

this stuff really annoys me. if you do £20000 of damage (your choice, nobody made you), you should pay for it. the insurance company (where applicable) should send the bailiffs round and take everything the little ****** and his family own, and take the rest from his future benefits. Might think twice then
he obviously has enough money to get p*ssed, I don't at the moment!

Yob who stomped on Lamborghini caught after pals mistakenly send video to owner | the Daily Mail
nice quote at the end of that page
"I'm not bitter because I am confident that life will pay the guy back in some way."

That's the problem with the justice system at the moment, if you're a big enough lowlife then you pretty much get away scot free! £1000 pah! He'll use the Doll money that we're subsidising to pay that off!! 1 Week community service, doing what exactly? Making a half arsed attempt to remove grafitti?
Here's an idea, if he is not a sufficiently productive member of society to be able to recompense the owner of the lambo for a higher proportion of the damage HE willfully and malicously caused, how about 2 months in prison for him to reconsider his life!
Yes, I know that costs the taxpayer more, but money well spent I say!!!
Before anyone says I'm being too draconian, the other idea involves an elaborate trap and the line:
"I want to play a game"

I've lived in Moscow half my life and this sort of behaviour just makes me wonder. Noone in their right mind would do this there. Why ? Because if a guy drives a lamborghini or any other 100k+ car - its certainly a person you dont want to mess with, either you will end up cut in small pieces or behind bars for a very long time.
I know that Britain is all for equality, but its just not right when you work your *** off to buy that car, house or whatever and then some yob who spends more time drinking and farting than working, decides its a good idea to run on your lamborghini, vandalize your house or insult you for no reason and be able to get away with nothing - its just not ferking right.
You have to earn your right for freedom and not just enjoy it as a given right.

Dont take it out of context. I mean Freedom to do anything you want - including stepping on other people's lamborghini's. If you worked hard and have the money to pay for the damages - why not ?.
But being able to get away with it when you are a nobody and have no intention of paying for what you did is not right...

Assess £££ value of the damage.
Assess the type of community work said ****** is capable of.
Community service order = £value or damage/hourly labour rate for that job
He should work it off in about 500 years!
