Probably a stupid question but here goes!
I got a freebie Dry Aged Aberdeen Angus Sirloin Beef joint. Mmmm
The wife doesn't fancy it as I like my meat bleeding![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)
Can I just slice it up into 3 steaks? I presume it is the same cut as a normal sirloin steak and it looks 'steak shaped'!
Here's hoping cos I'm hungry!

well what can I say ![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
left for and hour and a bit at room temp coated in black pepper and rock salt and a drizzling of olive oil
Cooked for 1minute 45secs (EXACTLY) each side on the BBQ (gas, sorry charcoal fans) and then left to stand for 10 minutes. They were perfect. Mega juicy![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
The best news being I have one left for another day
