Hi all & good evening.

Today i got the new tesco direct catalogue & seen that they were doing the technosonic 26" LCD for £269 with a built in freeview tuner ....... result perfect for the kids tv room
So heads over to the one in Coatbridge & picks up the TV to see its not digital, so goes to speak to the manager with a copy of the catalogue to hand & he tells me that he's getting the digital ones in on Monday so takes my order for £269.
Now i have just done some research & it turns out this TV doesnt come with freeview.
So what my chances on Monday ? I got the manager to write on the receipt that my model would have freeview.
If it turns up & it doesnt have it can i ask for a slightly better model with freeview ?

Kick him in the nuts, tesco workers deserve it...

I doubt they'll give you a better model - but let us know if they do..

Pick up a freeview box on your way out, and just show the security guard the reciept
