In the first of two special reports, the BBC's Brian Hanrahan has travelled to the South of France to look at how changes in French healthcare rules are affecting some ex-pats.

Aye, they probably used our country as a case example of what happens when inadequate controls are in place.

They probably will at some point, the only difference being our government will probably ban British nationals so immigrants can be prioritized.

The healthcare system is still in place for ex-pats working and paying tax in France though.
