methyl - 1 -test anyone used it?
as above
[SW Pharmatex] M1T::Methyl-1-Testosterone
after feedback if anyone has used it as I am due some tommorow.
It is quite harsh thing to take but it is fully legal etc and just needs common sense when using it.
cheers

Take this to increase muscle size and look gay but feel less inadequate
But to take this you need to take this to protect your liver.
Oh and because you should only take this for two weeks at a time, then you need to take this to recover from it..
Oh and taking this will help you absorb this better in the first place...
UM !!!
Yea right...
Thanks but no thanks.

its harsh if used incorrectly, but then again so is alcohol.
I cant physically train harder, in june I tipped the scales at over 19 stone, at about 6ft 2/ 6 ft3
I now am 16st 2 through lots of hard work, I work long hours so doing more training is not possible, I seem to have reached a plateau now where I cant drop anymore and still have a slight tyre (used to be something like a 245z40 )
I eat small and often and generally eat well, limit alcohol to weekends but even that has been cut down so I am after something to help me go a bit further

Take a trip to India for a week. Eat tandoori chicken at every meal time and I guarantee that your tyre will be gone within 5 days. This non-chemical method may have some minor side effects, so tell your relatives not to blame me if you die in agony trying it...

The liver stuff is a warning in that the formuila of the methyl 1 basically isnt broken down by the liver so it has to work harder to do so, like alcohol

doesnt always work, I have been consuiming about 1500 on average per day sometimes less sometimes slightly more, your body adjusts after a period of time and the metabolic rate slows down to match, so you can actually put weight back on. To add to that it then means your body uses your muscles instead of the fat for energy

My brother is into body building in a big way. He is massive. But he is a Farrier by trade so I guess that helps him. He says he has not used anything, but I am inclined to not believe him based on his size.
I think I know what you mean about lean but stocky

The introduction of external testosterone in to the body isn't going to bode well for the production of your own testosterone. Your body's own testosterone production will slow down considerably. Steroids are are bad news period, the euphoria and results which they yield cause users to lose all objectivity. They are an easy route granted but one which carries a lot of risks. The bottom line is if you aren't genetically capable of having a certain bodyshape then it's going to be bloody hard. Training and diet is the way coupled with sensible supplementation. If you must take steroids then make sure you do your homework prior.

I dropped 3 stone in 4 months via training and diet this was mainly fat but probably some muscle as well, but now have reached a plateau, this is just to get me to lose more body fat and maybe a few inches on my waist. I may actually put weight on, but this will be muscle

Again though things like the atkins tend not to give you long term gains, good in the short run but you cant do it for ever and as soon as you look at a grain of rice you put on the pounds

you hit the nail on the head before Einstein about genetics, my family is a big, the exception was my mum but I think I got my dads genetics. I am going to be trying this to "cheat" those genetics, and who knows it may help my kids in the future (none yet)

You've done really well on the weight loss, good going. Just be careful, that's all I am saying. I know how big my brother is, his neck is huge. He looks great now, but what of the future

The populus falls into three general body types ectomorph (lean and thin), endomorph (large but fat) and mesomorph (large and muscular). Very few people are genetically predisposed to falling into one category. We are generally a combination with a slight favouring for one.
