Poker night with the lads tonight so a few beers may get consumed.

As for surfing... Weekend was good, managed to do a billboard 50ft up and a bus stop too

You couldnt be prosecuted for the original speeding offence as it had timed out after 6 months from the original offence date

Actually I can, they legally are allowed to send me an NIP for it. Although they dont hold the evidence for that long so if they chase it I can get out of it again

They could send you a new nip but they cannot prosecute you for the original offence it has long since expired.( 6 month rule RTA and RTOA1988) the only offence would be if you dont fill in the new S172 form. I doubt it would ever be sent
