You say that now but in a few weeks you'll be well stressed with solicitors being their useless selves, trying to pack up for a move that may happen on dd/mm/yy but could all change due to the first point.

Having done it recently I would be in no hurry to do so again. Uncertain right up to close of business the day before, exchanged and completed on the day of the move. Scary to say the least, we hoped we had somewhere to take the van load of furniture to once we'd handed in the keys on our old place.

Everyones telling me thats its going to be super stressful but I have a few things on my side, the house is empty because its a repo AND the bank want it completed with in 21 days (i think this is doubtful but should be done in a month) or as soon as possible, fingers crossed it will go smoothly!

Survey is being done this afternoon! I only sorted out the mortgage at 12.30pm!
