Has anyone ever written to Paypal in Luxembourg
My wife has a couple of issues with them and the e-mail response is poor and doesn't help so she wants to write to them, I only have the addr in Luxembourg and wondered if anyone had ever written to them and got a response

I wrote to them for a con-merchant's name and address so I could sue in the small claims court. Didn't get a reply. I put the matter down to experience (I paid about £100 more than an item was worth but didn't discover I'd been conned until after sending in the feedback. It was very cleverly done). I would not take a second chance offer again!
I'd say you're wasting your time. Sorry.

Just phone them up..I did 
I had a unresolved case in the resolution centre (nearly 2 years old) when I got scammed by some ebay thief.
It stays on file until I decide to release it, but the system didnt tell me that, so I just phoned them up to enquire.
expect to wait in a queue for ages though

i have had major problems with PayPal!!
they are trying to take me to court for an unpaid invoice since January. i paid this bill and provided the reciept they sent me but the emails i get back dont answer the questions that i have asked. they ignore the fact that they can see that i have paid and have called in Intrum Justitia to collect the money from me. the collections people have the proof i paid, which they accept but Pay Pal wont acknowledge the fact
i have had my account suspended for 10 months now...

Paypal ( .co.uk ) arent based in Luxembourg ( their registered office for all of Paypal is there as its a VAT dodge - Paypal are owned by Ebay, and their VAT is charged at Lux rate as well ) - they are in Ireland - wont help you get any sense out of them as most of the phone monkeys dont have a clue about how Paypal works !

The wife has called and yes they are clueless and showed no interest in helping her out, just told her to open another account !
Hence she would like to write to them and have an adult read her letter and respond accordingly, looks like we wont be holding our breath then.

I got a letter from a debt collecton agency a few months back. I rang them up and said that if it went to court, I had enough evidence to tear paypal apart, heard nothing since.
I reckon its just a ploy to scare/bully you into paying. Paypal are bigger scam artists than half the scammers on ebay.
