What sort of application would this be used in?
I can almost imagine a corsa or saxo with this sitting in!

As per the article, large container ships.
Think this was done on something like mega machines on Discovery a few months back, or if not this one, something similar.

Yeah, likes, whatever. It's the torque that matters

If that's at 104rpm, I calculate 5.4million Lb.Ft of torque.
Quite a torquey motor!

With over 100,000 bhp, what's the 0-60 nautical miles figure?? And just think of trying to hold the clutch in on that thing!!

Slightly under 2 hours - sea dependent

Turbo would be about the size of a small bathroom, each. I'd expect that has 4, they don't do N/A as it's a 2-stoke
No clutch, propeller shaft connected directly to the flywheel then out to the prop.

They have a similar system to vtec, they use air to adjust the lift of the fuel pump, to maximize the cylinder pressures at any engine speed
The oil lasts about 20 years iirc so no big deal, though a 15-25,000 liter sump is quite big
It's started by injecting high pressure air into each cylinder in timing order until enough speed is reached to fire the engine.
