The diet is called LighterLife, there is another thread about it just on ere somewhere
In my opinion, its an awesome diet and certainly gets you back near where you wanna be quick.

1.2lbs a day you need to make sure it is fat and not muscle/water loss. losing weight is less important than losing fat mate. Muscle loss is the worst mistake you can make as it slows your metabolism down big time. A balanced diet with the right split of cardio and weights (and supplements) will make the world of difference.

lol cheers mate :P

Kingo, yup thats the average that it works out to
There is water loss in there im sure but with the comsumption of about 6.5 litres a day, I reckon im getting enough. As for muscle, trust me, if there has been, its been minimal. A LOT of fat has gone though, which was the aim.

Cardio and weights not an option at the moment due to health issues, hence the choice of diet

Used to be a proper gym rat, so know about my intake, just had a bad time, and it all went to waste.

Whats scared ya Paul ? Its not that bad really mate.

it wont get no better over Christmas, just let the natural bulge take place, you'll feel a whole lot better, and save a fortune in jumpers

(i recommend eating what the dog has left, things can be tight over xmas, not just your pants and jeans)

Xmas is no big deal for me, I wont have much of an appetite, I dont drink alcohol, and am not madly into sweet things.

I take my MALAMUTE out for runs, just started, but he is a bit young to go too far and now has a leg injury
He loves a good run, short stints, and its suprisingly easy for me these days.
