IIRC There is Sudden Death Syndrome SDS, applied to deaths where a previously healthy young person just expires for no obvious reason.

Generally I think the term would not be so much "unexplainable" as "Deceased. Circumstances unknown"

Give us the context. Infant death? "Act of God" in insurance terminology, but for a coroner's report, possibly death by misadventure (I'm sure there's something else, there are one or two on here who could help)
