Amazon.co.uk Call Centre.
Usuall Indian call centre problem.
I paid for Express delivery for this morning but no parcel arrived.
City Link are not showing the tracking number as valid and I have spoken to their very helpfull staff twice and they say they haven't picked the parcel up although it is an Amazon job request.
Amazon are showing the item as despatched and after four totally pointless phone calls to India all they can say is "It's showing Despatched so you should receive it shortly and we'll refund your delivery."
Amazon are not returning my emails either.
Anyone know of a UK number where I can talk to someone who understands my problem and is not just looking at the same screen that I am?

I placed an order yesterday at 8am, paid extra for next day delivery before 1pm, and at 1pm today when it hadn't turned up I logged in to Amazon to see that it was still 'pending shipping'.
I sent them quite a nasty email, I've spent shedloads with them over the last few years and lately they've been going downhill a bit IMO. I told them it's not on to ask customers to pay extra for delivery on a specific day because someone will be there waiting, only for them to not even bother shipping it at all.
In fairness I did get a speedy apology and a full refund, so at least their customer service team has someone awake.

I had a problem with the call centre. Phoned to check why I couldn't setup a return item online. They said I should be able to now as they had sorted the problem. Went back online to setup return and same problem was still there. I wasn't happy at all so tried the online form and not heard anything back from them
