According to the kind warden who slapped this on my car the other day, as she had not filled in the Excise Number section it is technically incomplete and it would be cancelled if i contested it.

Anyone able to confirm this may be the case?

I did wonder the same thing - it wasnt like i interupted her mid-form filling, it was already in the packet on the windscreen

hmmm i also thought this - although i had already got in the car and she stopped walking away to come back and tap on the window. Maybe she wanted my number

See if there are notes on the back of the ticket stating what must be completed. If anything is missing, send it back pointing out what is missing and stating you don't believe the ticket to be valid.
