What everyone think of this, I personally loved it and really made me ffel like a kid watching it. (Near jumped out my seat when seen prime come through the smoke as the truck for first time )
Do you think they will do a sequel and what sort of route they will take. Kinda hope they take the old cartoon route and bring megatron back as galvatron Anyone seen any good links about. Im gonna go and hide in my little loser corner now

Just finished watching it this afternoon.
I thought it was pretty good too. Not the stupid love story you thought from the start it might become.
Far fetched.... errrm yeah, but imaginative weapons etc, so gets the thumbs up from me

Watched it on the cinema and thought it was diabolical.
I went with my Mrs Abdabz to be and Abdabz Bro. Mrs Abdabz to be watched Harry Potter while Abdabz Bro and I watched Transformers...
By the time Optimus Prime was sprouting that pure yank garbage speech at the end I was half off my chair itching to leave... I am glad I stayed till the end as the soundtrack was the best bit.
So much so, when I met Mrs Abdabz to be in the foyer afterwards and she asked me what I thought, all I could say was "as least the soundtrack was good"...
Abdabz Bro enjoyed it though

2 is in pre-production with 3 guaranteed.
Jazz will be rebuilt (the voice actor let that little nuggget out in an interview)
Gestalts are an option Devastator etc...
Arcee is likely but was written out of the first due to taking too long to explain why a female robot.
TF2 will be ****e because they've got Michael Bay directing it. TF1 was ****e and ruined because they gave it to Michael Bay. Michael Bay is ****e at directing (although I quite like Armageddon). Michael Bay deliberately went against fans because he has an ego the size of Africa. Michael bay is ****e - period.
Fight scenes were a mess, Autobots made to look like goons who needed the humans to help them. Why the hell would you take a fight into a city? If you had any care for the history, you would have had Prime and Megs fight on the Dam like they do in the very first G1 cartoon. Prime had a sword (its an axe in the cartoon) and Megs had his wrecking ball AND theres a Dam sequence - what better way to pay homage to the orginal by having them have a fight there. NO personally thats Bay sticking two fingers up at the fans.
I love my TFs but the film was a let down. I read the script nearly 3 years ago and thought it had potential.

I thought the action scenes were well done. But the story and writing and direction were utter pap, as with any Michael Bay film.
I thought he wasn't doing the sequel, but if he is , then that is terrible news
