just enter anything it will probably say something like code not recognised we will pass you through to a representative etc. Im sure I remember hearing a similar one when I registered mine. *I might be wrong though*

4 digit code is one you make up yourself, like a bank pin, as said above just type any num and it will not recognize it and will put you through, same thing happens if you dont enter anything normally, just hang on and it will get you through.
hope that helps

the 4 digit code should have been chosen when the phone was registered, along with, name, address, etc.

try the obvious, 1234 if you think its been chosen by the people you bought it from.

Hi - it all depends it the phone was purchased after somebody else registered it - in which case it wil have a 4 digit pin and you'll need to ask where you got it from.

A lot of independent retailers are registering the phones and topping them up to stop clawbacks so they may have chosen one? Alternatively, if it's a split-pack, ie. the SIM and phone come from seperate packages it's more than likely already registered.

Hope this makes sense?
