Cool Who has been playing with their chopper this Xmas?

I have one of these:

Great fun now I've mastered it. Can only really fly it in our main bedroom as there are too many hazards elsewhere in the house.

We got our nephew one of these, he didn't get much of a go but he was handy for picking it up off the floor

That's the one my mate's bro has.

Very sturdy to abuse thus far. Although its a bugger to trim: Probably not helped seeing its been bounced off a fair number of household objects and mauled by the cat.

I got my brother-in-law one of these...

But he has proved to be a complete doofus and cant fly it for more than about 5 seconds without wiping out.
Its a sturdy beast though, it has been repeatedly bounced off the ceiling, floor, walls and various furniture with hardly a scratch.

One the plus side, it drives the cat absolutely mental - she is never quite sure whether to run away from it or attack it.

Tail rotor on my picooz chopper jus failed after an aborted landing. So using the spare one now. They are more fragile than I first thought, the tail rotor has a tiny 1mm split in it, but this makes it completely unflyable.

I got a Salvation 3. Pretty impressed with it. It has took some mastering, but I'm getting pretty good now. The thing looks really really flimsy, and cheap quality, but I've had some serious pilot ejecter seat situations, and it has survived! 3 channels too, so once you got it hovering, you can fly it back and forth as well as side to side. Boys and there toys!
