I was in England last week and filled up at BP near Plymouth at a cost of 111.9p a litre, I filled up with some sh1te called Ultimate which is only 97ron.
I filled up at Shell with V-Power in Wokingham which was cheaper and much better but the most expensive place I filled up was a BP station in Worthing again with some sh1te called Ultimate at 97 ron for 114.9p litre, this Ultimate sh1te also had my knocklink lighting up like a christmas tree on my way back to Germany, only after I filled up with some decent European petrol did my christmas lights stop flickering.
We have Ultimate here at 100ron which is made my BP but sold by ARAL.
so can anyone beat 114.9p a litre ???
Steve

There's a garage near Olympia in London which is always massively expensive - last time I looked normal unleaded was about 125p a litre!

The BP station just outside Brighton (Patcham) has been selling standard diesel for 116.9p for the last few weeks. Haven't dared go there to find out how much Ultimate was!

I wouldn't bother checking. There's a petrol station on Park Lane in Central london and I haven't seen the prices recently but I'll bet the £1 a litre news was years old for them lol

BP always seem to be the most expensive. Round here it is anyway.
Tanked up last week with Ultimate (As V-Power was out) and I paid £1.11
Tanked up last night with V-Power at £1.07 litre

By contrast, I was at Esso at Patcham recently and paid 101.9p for unleaded which was the cheapest I found in all the UK whilst I was over for a month (cars were queueing to get in). I'm now back in Malaga where my local is 1.07 Euro (about 81p) but not before a drive down through France where we paid as much as 1.49 Euro (1.27p!!)

I guess all the A23/A27 traffic just never finds it - the BP tries to label itself as a "motorway services" type filling station
