Mobile phone advice...
I have a nokia 6300, which I like apart from the screen suffering for living in my trouser pockets. it's always the sole occupant of that particular pocket, so no keys, coins, etc, but the screen still gets scratched.
I'm due for upgrade in the next month, so I wonder as a happy 6300'er but wanting a clamshell phone, will i be disappointed with a moto razr 2 v9?
(i do 20 sms per month, 200 mins calls, 10 mins surfing the web and take the odd picture if i see something wierd)
TIA

I just changed my 6300 for a 5610. Its a slide rather than clam, but the photo quality is amazing, call clarity superb, texting very easy. And as a whole, it seems a bloody good phone
Did think I would keep using the 6300, but have really taken to this phone

still, the main screen is on the outside.
I know i can use a screen protector, but I'm sick of having to panzy around taking care of my phone so it lasts for the stoopid 18month contract length

Its apparently a newer type of screen, and after being in sand filled pockets on holiday with me for the last week, there is not a mark on it
Can see what you mean about what you want though. Just a thought

One of the reviews I just read says something about the screen being easy to scratch lol..... not that I have found so far.
Do some digging mate, sure I read somewhere it was a tougher screen. Also comes with a protector on it, but I always take them off for some reason lol
