Loan Recommendation
I want a loan of about £40k as follows.
5 year term, interest only repayments secured against an endowment policy (which includes life cover) and matures in 2013. I do not want to use my house as security.
Who shall I ask or are they all about the same on rates? Should I ask for a fixed rate or x% over base?
