Are you kidding? A big TV, comfortable sofa and a load of beer is what I would do with a room. Fitness? It's for freaks

no, cos it will barely ever be looked at. What would be better is an illness forum, where all those with certain ailments and disablities can all collectively moan.

Good idea JM, however I don't think that there is enough fitness freaks in here to make the room worth reading.
Initially I thought you meant making a room at home into a fitness room.
I've sort of done this with my cinema room, well OK I bought a rowing machine, some stretchy ropes and a balance ball and am following some website routines I found on youtube some time ago.
All this playing with laptops sat in the driving seat of cars everyday isn't doing anything whatsoever for my waistline.
I used to lift steel for a living.

Im full of the joys of exercise i have just re-joined the gym. and done an hour on the cross trainer, it equates to a thousand calories.

Yes a good idea, another room for us to compare bellies or "Pieceps" as they should be called.
I too have some very unusual exercise endorphins today, went to the baths and did a 30 lengths and then the public did my head in too much to continue, went on Friday as well, it may catch on this exercise thing.
